I spent a long time without writing and also a long time without running. I took advantage of my trip to Brasilia to run in different places. Unfortunately, the air in that city was too dry and it was so hot that I could barely run for 10 minutes! I went back to the hotel and decided to face the treadmill. Needless to say, the next morning I remembered how much it aches to go back running: two days in pain.
On the other hand, I must say that running does make me feel good! I remember how I felt my body change. It seems I got taller by running. Even my mood changes too... I guess the keyword here is : disposition!
Well, I went back to running and I feel more disposed to write too!
I pratice soccer indoor and run.
